The reception is open daily from 08:00 to 15:00 and is available for check-in, check-out and assistance. Our reception will be happy to help you in German and English. Our hotel has a passenger lift that will take you comfortably to your room.

Your room will be available from 15:00 Check-in is done exclusively online in advance, offering complete flexibility and independence from reception hours. If you arrive before 3 p.m., we will welcome you in person and will be happy to answer any questions and provide tips. You can conveniently access the hotel and your room using your smartphone or tablet.

You can check out and pay your bill digitally from the comfort of your room, just as you would in person at reception. We will be happy to assist you and to exchange a few kind words. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us after your check-out. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot assume liability for your luggage after your check-out and kindly ask you not to deposit valuables.

Strengthened in the day with our extensive breakfast buffet. From 7.00 am you can enjoy the delicacies in our café.
